The lovely Kali Gray is a qualified nutritionist and corporate wellbeing specialist, with a focus on the ‘non-diet’ approach and body positivity. She has built her business My Food Culture to include coaching clients, speaking engagements and workshops. She is the author of her amazing book ‘Body Positivity’ and is in the process of writing her second.
