Georgia Houston is a qualified dietitian and the founder of GHNutrition. She has her own clinical practice, where she specialises in helping people with eating disorders. Alongside her 1:1 sessions, she runs workshops and talks about health, nutrition and body image in schools around her area. Georgia also created a beautiful product range, consisting of four flavours of energy balls, a muesli and a granola, which is stocked in over 40 retailers. It certainly is inspiring hearing Georgia’s passion for what she does and learning from her experience to date!
